A change of address is important reporting is important for all current Meiya employees. Please make sure to notify Meiya within 30 days of your move to assure that any documentation and employment information is properly forwarded and you are kept abreast of all activities relating to your employ. Different areas also have different insurance requirements so it is vital to keep your address records accurate and current. It is important to make sure we know how to reach you.
Keeping Meiya informed on any changes to your tax basis is important to make sure your payroll is accurate. Please keep in mind that any changes made to your employee files may take up to 60 days to process to please, plan ahead.
Changes to insurance for employees working within or outside of the United States starts by sending an email to human resources. Please email HR@meiyagroup.com with your name, address, and phone number as well as the request you need to make regarding any of your provided employee insurance benefits. If you are also no longer working for Meiay and continue your coverage with plans like Cobra, please include that in your email. Requests take 14 days to process. Please inform HR if your request is urgent for any possible expedited processing.
