Essential to a stable aviation and air carrier industry is a strong training and proficiency training industry. The need for qualified, well trained pilots and aircraft mechanics is at an all-time high. Boeing predicts that there is a need for half a million new pilots between now and the year 2034. They predict an even greater need for mechanics. Meiya has risen to take on the challenge of creating a standardized multi-jurisdiction aviation training system comprising of pilot and mechanic licenses from the United States (FAA), Europe (EASA), and China (CAAC).
The Meiya aviation training system currently comprises of three United States of America flight school campuses which are FAA certified pilot schools (Part 141), one pilot school located in Mexico, one pilot school located in South Africa, and one pilot school under development in mainland China. The entire Meiya system comprises of over 140 training aircraft, 35 helicopter training aircraft, and a current Part 147 mechanic school in the United States with one opening in mainland China in 2017.
The Meiya curriculum is advanced, modern, convenient, and maintains a high retention and graduation percentage. Learn more about training to be a pilot or mechanic at a Meiya school.
